If you sign up for our membership subscription plan from an area outside of the Cincinnati region, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to take advantage of all the included perks. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are able to physically visit our farm to enjoy the benefits of your membership.

We will not be held responsible for any failure on our part to provide membership benefits to individuals who are unable to physically visit our farm due to their location.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: If you subscribe to a membership it cannot be canceled at any time.  There will be no refunds.  There will be a renewal period where you will have the option to renew your membership.  If you cannot complete the use of your membership, please contact the business directly.  Our team is happy to work with you individually to find a solution.
